Synod Commissioner Spot Open: 

PSL is looking for someone interested in serving as a Synod Commissioner. The Presbytery is a part of the Synod of the Sun, which is a grouping of Presbyterians from Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana. Commissioners meet twice a year to set the direction of the Synod, as well as serving on one of the Synod Committees. By Synod requirement, nominees need to be a Teaching Elder. Are you interested in helping PSL congregations respond to the many natural disasters that happen in our area? PSL is looking for people that want to serve on a team to help the Presbytery prepare and respond to disasters in our communities.
